Nonconformity of Supplied Goods

Quality Circle Products, Inc.'s liability is limited to an obligation to deliver goods of it's or buyers specifications.
Quality Circle Products, Inc. shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Quality Circle Products, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Quality Circle Products, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Quality Circle Products, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Returns
Merchandise cannot be returned without proper factory authorization.  To receive any credit merchandise must be returned in original packing and received in good condition.  Accepted returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge.  Custom orders are not returnable.

Custom Printed Products
Custom printed goods may be shipped and charged in quantities that vary to 10% from amount ordered.

Taxes
Purchaser is responsible to pay any tax or like charge with respect to the manufacture, sale, transport, and/or use of goods.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Quality Circle Products, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason.
